In order to setup credit card fee , go to Integration > Payment > Payment provider against which you want to set credit card fee.

You can select credit card fee type as flat or percentage. Once selected, enter the fee and click on save.

Fee will be deducted automatically when payment will be processed via credit card.  You can also view Credit Card Fee charged from the Payment section against the payment.
