Notifications
Here you can configure various notifications emails.
Adding New Notification
Click on Add New to enable notification. Select notification type, enter email addresses where to send notification email (comma separated) and click on save.
| Type | Description |
| Auto Add IP | When customer or vendor IP is added automatically against account. |
| Block Account | When account gets blocked/unblocked on switch. |
| CDR Rate Log | CDR rating errors. |
| Invoice Copy | Copy of an invoice email. |
| Invoice Paid | when customer pays an invoice . |
| Pending Approval Payment | Payments awaiting approval. |
| Retention Disk Space Email | NEON Server disk space status after system performs server clean up. |
