In 2025, NEON SOFT introduced several impactful enhancements designed to improve control, usability and compliance across the platform. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) was implemented to strengthen system security, while a revamped customer panel across both admin and client portals delivered a clearer, more intuitive user experience.
We also expanded our integration ecosystem to support smoother financial and operational workflows. NEON SOFT now integrates with Crystal Clear for payments and leading carriers including Gamma, Signum, Genband, SCG, Openreach, TalkTalk, MyPhone, AQL and Cellhire. To further simplify compliance, integrations with Avalara and CereTax were added to automate accurate tax calculations.
Throughout the year, NEON SOFT continued to evolve through regular version updates, with releases from 6.1 to 6.9 delivering steady improvements in performance, usability, reporting and operational control. Thus, reflecting our commitment to ongoing optimisation rather than one-off upgrades.
