Import MDR from Telenyx in SMS Gateways

  1. Purpose

A new configuration has been introduced in the SMS Gateways module to allow users to import MDR (Message Detail Records) from Telenyx.
This feature enables seamless integration, validation, and automated processing of SMS data before dispatching it to the Telenyx gateway.

  1. Navigation Flow

Step 1: Go to SMS Gateways

  1. Navigate to:
    Integration → SMS Gateways
  2. Click on Next to proceed.

Step 2: Add “Telenyx” Gateway

  1. On the gateway selection screen, click TelenyxMDR.

Step 3: Telenyx Configuration Page

  1. A new dedicated page for Telenyx Integration will open.
  2. You will find an option to Add New.
  3. This option allows uploading MDR files or entering connection details required for importing Telenyx MDR data.
