Signam Integration

Overview:

We have introduced a new Signam Integration under the Billing Gateway section in NEON. This feature allows users to configure FTP-based integration for Signam to automatically retrieve, decrypt, and process GPG-encrypted CDR files for billing and reporting purposes.

How to Access:

1. Login to your NEON Admin Panel.
2. Navigate to:
   Integration → Billing Gateway → Signam
3. A new screen will open, displaying any existing Signam gateway configurations.

 How to Add a Signam Gateway:

1. Click on the “Signam” tab from the Billing Gateway menu.
2. On the Signam integration screen, click the “Add New” button.
3. A popup window will appear where you need to enter the gateway details, including:
• Gateway Name
• FTP Host
• FTP Port
• Username
• Password
• File Path

     4. After filling in the required fields, click Save.

 Automation Process:

Once the Signam gateway is configured and saved:

• A Cron Job will be triggered to:
• Connect to the Signam FTP server.
• Download encrypted GPG usage files into the system.
• Decrypt the files using GPG and convert them to CSV format.
• Process and store the decrypted usage data.
